Pentair Sudmo, a combination of the hygienic valve ranges known previously as Keystone Hygienic Valves and Norit Sudmo offers a large range of reliable and easy to service Hygienic and Aseptic valves. The valves are manufactured at two stainless steel fabrication plants, one in Hamilton, New Zealand and the other in Riesbürg, Germany.
With more than 70 years experience in the design and construction of stainless steel valves and fittings, Pentair Sudmo offer an extensive and flexible component range. Pentair Sudmo F250 Hygienic Butterfly Valves
Pentair Sudmo is a universal valve for isolation and control in the food, dairy, brewing, pharmaceutical, beverage and chemical industries. The F250 is available with manual control via a handle or automated using the F257 actuator and F783E control top. Pentair Sudmo F250D Hygienic Double Block & Bleed Butterfly Valves
Pentair Sudmo F250D double block and bleed butterfly valve consists of two sets of standard F250 butterfly valve components arranged in series, within a single integral valve body, to provide an inline separation cavity when both valves are in the closed position. This inline separation of products is used to isolate non-compatible fluids (i.e. CIP/product.) The separation cavity has two pneumatically interlocked poppet valves, tangentially opposed to provide for the introduction and draining of CIP or flushing liquids. Their position provides for a turbulent circular washing action plus facilitates a drain to atmosphere should either of the separate valve seats fail. The valve’s twin discs are connected by a linkage arrangement to the pneumatic actuator that simultaneously operates the pneumatic poppet valves. -
